Des adversaires du vaccin contre la grippe A/H1N1 assignent l’Etat belge en justice. Ils demandent la suspension de la campagne de vaccination. D’autres actions judiciaires sont annoncées, alors que les députés sont appelés à voter, ce jeudi, la loi de pouvoirs spéciaux sur la grippe.

Cinq membres du collectif Initiative citoyenne, qui contestent la campagne de vaccination volontaire et gratuite contre le virus de la grippe A/H1N1, ont assigné l’État belge en justice. Leurs avocats, Georges-Henri Beauthier, Philippe Vanlangendonck et Inès Wouters, ont déposé, mercredi soir, une citation, en référés, au tribunal civil de Bruxelles. D’autres actions judiciaires sont annoncées, alors que les députés sont appelés à voter, ce jeudi, la loi de pouvoirs spéciaux qui régularisera les procédures engagées par le ministère de la Santé pour lutter contre l’épidémie… La présidente de la Commission santé de la Chambre, Muriel Gerkens (Ecolo) annonce des amendements afin d’éviter le risque de voir les autorités sanitaires imposer une campagne de vaccination obligatoire (ce qui reste possible, dans l’état actuel du projet de loi déposé par le gouvernement).

Quatre personnes dont décédées dans les jours qui ont suivi leur vaccination en Suède. Toutefois, il semble que ces gens entre 50 et 90 ans étaient déjà en mauvaise santé. On les considérait tout de même à risque et c'est pourquoi ils ont reçu la vaccination. Donc toute personne déjà à risque, qui réagit mal au vaccin, ne pourra pas blâmer le vaccin puisqu'il n'est pas en bonne santé !

Health investigators are under more pressure as two elderly women are reported to have died, days after receiving the swine flu vaccine. It brings the total number of deaths linked to the vaccine in Sweden to four.

The two latest deaths were reported to the Swedish Medical Products Agency (Läkemedelsverket) on Friday.

A 74-year-old woman from Sollefteå in northern Sweden died four days after receiving the swine flu vaccine.

"WHO chief Dr. Margaret Chan made the long-awaited declaration after the U.N. agency held an emergency meeting with flu experts and said she was moving to phase 6 -- the agency's highest alert level -- which means a pandemic is under way," the AP advised.

Since the "highest alert" warning was issued, the only estimation that has turned out to be true is that the drug companies are experiencing a windfall of tax dollars pouring into their coffers.

The US government "has committed $1.8 billion to companies to make a swine flu vaccine," Reuters reported on September 30, 2009, in an article with the headline, "Big pharma jumps back into flu business."

Swine Flu Vaccine Mandate for NY Health Care Workers Halted by Judge's Restraining Order

(NaturalNews) Amid growing discontent among New York health care workers who are being forced to receive swine flu vaccine injections, the Public Employees Federation sued in state court to halt the mandate. Friday, a state Supreme Court judge issued a restraining order granting a temporary halt to the mandate until a subsequent hearing can be completed.

The lawsuit was brought by the Public Employees Federation, New York State United Teachers and four Albany nurses. Until today, these workers were required to be vaccinated by November 30th or many were told they would be fired from their jobs. Others were told pay increases would be suspended. Across the board, there was a campaign of intimidation against NY health care workers to force them into receiving the swine flu vaccine injections.

With this court order, mandatory vaccines are temporarily suspended pending a follow-up court hearing on October 30.
